Emily C. Walsh, Esq.
Emily C. Walsh joined the firm in 2014. Ms. Walsh has practiced exclusively in the fields of matrimonial and family law, and has experience representing clients in all aspects of matrimonial practice, including divorce, property division, child custody, spousal and child support, and pre-nuptial agreements. Ms. Walsh has represented clients in Supreme and Family Court throughout the five boroughs of New York City as well as Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and Orange Counties.
While in law school, Ms. Walsh served as an Executive Board member of the Moot Court Honor Society and as a senior staff member of the New York International Law Review.
Ms. Walsh is the co-representative to the New York State Bar Association, Young Lawyers Section for the Ninth Judicial District for the 2015-2016 year. She also serves as the co-chair for the New York State Bar Association Young Lawyers Civics Contest, an essay and poster contest for 11th and 12th graders throughout New York State.
