Andrew Pérez joined Miller Zeiderman LLP during his second year at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and has been with MZ LLP since that time. In addition to conducting in-depth research and analyses of relevant legal issues, he has honed his skills by appearing regularly at court appearances. Andrew has been intimately involved in trial preparation and has worked on cases throughout all stages of litigation in eight of New York’s counties, including Westchester, Kings, Rockland, and New York County. 

He is a 2020 honors graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, where he earned Bachelor’s Degrees in Political Science, Public Health, and Tropical Medicine. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Pérez garnered legal experience with the Federal Government in positions at the United States Senate Foreign Relations Committee and the United States Department of Homeland Security. 

Having spent significant time working with and assisting the firm’s senior partners in Court and directly with clients, Andrew has the skill set necessary to effectively guide clients with any Family and Matrimonial Law matters including equitable distribution, child custody, visitation, child support, abuse and neglect, family offenses, and prenuptial or post-nuptial agreements. Along with his legal experience, Andrew offers clients his multilingual background and fierce advocacy abilities.
