Emma C. van Lent joined Miller Zeiderman LLP in September 2022 after graduating cum laude from Boston College Law School in May 2022. Prior to joining Miller Zeiderman, Emma represented juvenile clients before administrative agencies and in Massachusetts Superior Court as an S.J.C. Rule 3:03 certified student attorney with the Juvenile Rights Advocacy Program at Boston College Law School’s Legal Services LAB. Emma also worked as a mediation intern with New York Legal Assistance Group, assisting in family mediation with low-income clients, and as an intern at the Pace Women’s Justice Center Walk-In Clinic, working with survivors of domestic violence.
