Siobhan T. O’Grady joined Miller Zeiderman LLP in November 2018 after having served as the Principal Court Attorney to a Supreme Court Justice for five years and a Family Court Judge for almost three years. Prior to her employment with the Unified Court System, Ms. O’Grady also worked as an Assistant Deputy Borough Chief and Assistant Corporation Counsel in the New York City Law Department – Family Court Division, and as an Assistant County Attorney prosecuting neglect and abuse matters.
Ms. O’Grady’s experience as a Court Attorney provides her with the unique and invaluable perspective of having worked side by side with the Judges presiding over divorce actions and post-judgment matrimonial matters, custody/visitation matters, guardianship cases, child support matters, neglect, and abuse matters, adoptions, and paternity cases. Her court system background of conferencing and settling matters with counsel and pro se litigants allows her to approach cases with an eye towards resolution, while her litigation background enables her to litigate cases/issues when necessary
