Julia Uriarte – Associate

Julia Uriarte, Esq., joined Miller Zeiderman LLP in June 2025. Prior to joining Miller Zeiderman, she represented clients in matrimonial and family law matters, estate planning and probate matters, and real estate matters.

 

Julia has worked in the public interest sphere since her undergraduate experience at Fordham University, where she interned for the New York State Division of Human Rights in their Housing Investigations Unit. During law school, she participated in the Environmental Law Journal, International Human Rights Clinic, and interned at the New York State Office of the Attorney General in both their Civil Rights Bureau and Law Enforcement Misconduct Investigative Office.

 

Julia narrowed her focus to family law during her time at Fordham Law. She has since gained valuable experience on a wide range of family law matters including equitable distribution, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal maintenance, family offenses, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

 

Julia received her bachelor’s degree in history from Fordham University in 2021. She received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and graduated with their Class of 2024. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2025.
