Bethany brings over a decade of courtroom experience and leadership to her work in matrimonial law. Prior to joining the firm, Bethany served in the New York County District Attorney’s Office, where she rose to Deputy Bureau Chief of the Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Bureau. In that role, she supervised Assistant District Attorneys handling some of the most sensitive and complex cases involving domestic violence, sexual assault, and homicide—guiding cases from pre-arrest investigation through trial with a trauma-informed approach.
Over the course of her career, Bethany has conducted hundreds of investigations and tried many cases to verdict. She is known for her meticulous preparation, sound judgment, and unwavering commitment to the pursuit of justice. She has negotiated resolutions in emotionally charged cases and brings the same tenacity and empathy to her matrimonial practice, helping clients navigate conflict and change with clarity and care.
Bethany earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in English from Binghamton University. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
