Andrew Pérez is a dedicated attorney at Miller Zeiderman LLP, where he began as an intern during his second year of law school. During his time with the firm, Andrew has developed a well-rounded skill set, blending in-depth legal research and analysis with hands-on courtroom experience. He has represented clients across eight counties in New York, including Westchester, Kings, Rockland, and New York County, and has extensive trial experience, having been involved in all stages of litigation.
A 2020 honors graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, Andrew earned Bachelor’s Degrees in Political Science, Public Health, and Tropical Medicine. Prior to entering private practice, he gained valuable legal experience working with the United States Senate Foreign Relations Committee and the Department of Homeland Security.
Andrew’s experience spans a wide range of Family and Matrimonial Law matters, including equitable distribution, child custody and visitation, child support, abuse and neglect, family offenses, prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, and appeals. Bilingual in Spanish, Andrew can provide personalized legal assistance to Spanish-speaking clients. Having worked closely with the firm’s senior partners and clients, Andrew is known for his strategic legal insights and compassionate client advocacy.
