Bethany Taylor joined Miller Zeiderman LLP in April 2025, bringing with her a deep commitment to family law and more than a decade of experience dedicated exclusively to matrimonial and family law matters. She is a skilled and compassionate advocate who combines a strategic approach with a genuine understanding of the emotional complexities inherent in family law disputes.

Ms. Taylor earned her Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law in California. She was admitted to the California Bar in 2009 and later to the Florida Bar in 2018. She is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, and her admission to the New York Bar is currently pending.

Prior to joining Miller Zeiderman, Ms. Taylor operated a solo family law practice where she represented clients through all phases of matrimonial and custody litigation. Her experience includes high-conflict custody disputes, complex financial issues arising in divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and modification and enforcement proceedings. She began her career in family law at a distinguished firm in California, where she honed her skills in high-asset divorce and custody matters.

Throughout her career, Ms. Taylor has been recognized for her ability to guide clients through challenging and often emotional transitions with clarity, empathy, and unwavering professionalism. Her clients benefit from her broad, multi-jurisdictional perspective and her sharp attention to both the financial and personal aspects of family law cases.
