Fiona Smith, Esq., joined Miller Zeiderman LLP in December 2025. Prior to joining the firm, Fiona was an associate at a boutique matrimonial firm in New York City, where she focused her work on all aspects of family law, including custody disputes, contested and uncontested divorce, and support proceedings.

Fiona’s dedication to family law began during her time at Brooklyn Law School. While earning her J.D., she actively participated in the Family Law and Policy Association and interned for the Honorable Ariel D. Chesler in a dedicated Matrimonial Part in New York County Supreme Court. She also served as a judicial intern for Referee Gail Adams in New York County Family Court, where she deepened her exposure to custody, parenting time, and family-offense matters.

Fiona received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Art History from Lafayette College in 2020 and earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2024. She is an active member of the New York Women’s Bar Association.
