Ashley Kersting, is a partner at Miller Zeiderman LLP. She is a 2016 cum laude graduate of Pace University School of Law and a 2012 cum laude graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Ms. Kersting brings the discipline and dedication to her practice that served her during her eight-year enlistment in the U.S. Marine Corps, where she attained the rank of Sergeant and received several awards. During law school, Ms. Kersting perfected her litigation and advocacy skills as a member of several moot court teams, including the Thurgood Marshall Moot Court Team and the Stetson Trial Team.
